Wavelength tutoring made two and a half hours of SAT prep a little more enjoyable. I learned new methods to approach the test. The class made me think in ways I have never thought before.

WaveLength has been fun. Marlee and Matt have taught me new tactics I have not learned before in previous SAT tutoring. Marlee has taught me to hold myself back from jumping into the test. To sit back and be the test maker. Matt has also taught me this. I have to think like the test maker, and laugh in their faces knowing I know what they are doing to me psychologically. Both are excellent, fun, energetic teachers, and I enjoyed learning from them.

Math- I liked the class a lot. Matt was a very good teacher and he always kept the class interesting. My math scores definitely improved a great amount after the second SAT, and I look forward to taking the test my junior and senior years. Verbal – this class was very good as well. Marlee is down to earth and really knows how to point out the critical things about the SAT itself I will miss both classes as both of them have taught me in valuable information that will definitely help me in the future.

I learned a lot through WaveLength. I not only expanded my knowledge in Math and English, but also learned how to break the test down and conquer it. I gained a lot of knowledge through my experience and it was a very helpful 6 weeks that in the end made me smarter and better at taking the SAT.

Overall, I loved WaveLength and think it has definitely taught me how to score better on the SAT. Marlee was very helpful, insightful, and friendly, as well as Matt. I learned how to take the SAT more efficiently and how to break down the test to make it easier to understand. "The Skinny" and the rest of their in-class tips help me improve my practice test scores and hopefully my real score. I recommended this SAT class to my friends who are looking to take an SAT class because I believe it really does help.

My WaveLength tutor was extremely helpful. They helped me expand my knowledge of the SAT in a fun yet informative way. I am excited to see my full potential bloom in the upcoming months of testing. Great environment, great learning, great experience. :-)

I really like WaveLength tutoring because it was a very relaxing environment and I learned a lot. I learned organization, time management, and how to decode the test. For writing and reading, I learned how to read passages more efficiently and effectively and also learned how to write a great essay in a small amount of time. For math, I learned terms that I need to decode word problems. My score from before definitely improved drastically as much as from a 490 to a 610. I also really liked WaveLength because the instructors were easy to talk to and not intimidating. We not only learned SAT stuff, but life lessons.

Taking this SAT class really helped me a lot. I now know so much more about the SAT than I did before. Both Marlee and Matt are amazing teachers and are really good at what they do! Over the course of these past six weeks, I've learned so much about the test, how it is scored, what skills it tests, etc. I think the guidance I needed for the SAT I got because of Wavelength. Now I know what I should do to raise my score! :)

The course was quite informative. The tutors provided "tips and tricks" that would make taking the SATs a bit easier. While taking this course I saw an immediate score increase on the first practice test compared to last PSAT that I took in the fall. Most of all, the best thing that I got out of this course was gaining the mentality to constantly improve my SAT/prepare for my SATs even when this course will be over. The tutors were very friendly and approachable.

From my WaveLength tutors I have learned how the SAT works and what strategies I need to use so I am not manipulated by the test questions. I learned that the test is something you need to rewire your brain to take! They helped me begin to rewire it in this way. I also learned that there is a small amount of info I really need to have under my belt (the Skinny) to do very well, and know the info presented on the SAT. I also learned math relates to your relationships with others and in one universe which I thought was cool.
