I believe that this class was very helpful in preparing me for the SAT. When it comes to English, I think my essay writing has improved the most. I believe that the SAT course will overall make me better at navigating the test.

WaveLength was very helpful and informative especially because I was so unfamiliar with the ACT. The instructor was very good and kept us awake and attentive for three hours, which is almost impossible, but she did it.

I like how class is adapted to fit the needs of each student. Also, I think the grammar rules, Skinny packet, and Reading and Science steps are great tools and are very beneficial. Overall I learned a lot and I love the idea of puppy breaks!

The class helped me focus on what is extremely important for the ACT. Andrea taught me how to establish a habit of accuracy and how to answer questions in all four sections of the test efficiently. Andrea knows the ins and outs of how to answer questions in the Science portion; this really helped me out. All I can say is before the class started I was worried about the ACT, but now I am much less worried because of the skills I learned in this class.

My name is Brian Scott and my Daughter Olivia worked with Daniel in late 2015 early 2016 for SAT prep. While we only had 2 sessions, one each in front of the Dec and Feb tests, the impact was substantial. Olivia is high performing and Daniel was quick to evaluate just where she needed guidance, mostly around strategy but also with some specific targeted practice and tips in Math and Writing. Livi earned a 2100 on the first try and jumped to 2300 on the second. I'm sure much of that jump was due to Daniels evaluation of her results and guidance on adjustments. It's refreshing to see someone who is so dedicated to evaluating and guiding each student based on their individual needs strengths and weaknesses, and does not just apply a cookie cutter one size fits all approach. Daniel's knowledge of the college admission process and how schools evaluate results was an added bonus. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and we will be sure to recommend him to friends and use him again when it's our sons turn to take the tests. I learned many things and helpful techniques that are very useful to me in preparation for the SAT. I really feel that I got a lot out of this class for example my time management and shortcuts. My PSAT score went up drastically from when I took it in school.
