When I first began WaveLength, I thought it was really tough. Once I started having weekly SAT classes they facilitated all the problems I was having. Overall, I have learned many things that prepared me for the SATs and many general life lessons as well. I’ll definitely remember some of the life lessons I learned from Matt for my whole life. I also feel like I’m very comfortable with English, but not as much in Math. I learned a lot from both Matt and Marlee and I enjoyed the classes because they made learning entertaining.

Coming to WaveLength, I felt intimidated, but I realized that Matt is certainly a teacher who deserves to be teaching. Although he can be quick and hard to grasp at time, I always felt like I was being taught by some other worldly being who had more knowledge and insight about the world than anyone else I know. Marlee is a pleasant woman, her ideas and tips were always really helpful. Overall, WaveLength has been very helpful, both Marlee and Matt are SAT geniuses and I’ve learned a great deal from them both.

My son Scott is taking your Colts Neck SAT prep course. I just wanted to tell you that he is really enjoying it. He loves going, which is amazing because it is after school and you’d think he’d want to be out of there. He especially enjoys the math teacher on Thursdays; he says it’s really great. I just wanted to thank you for bringing your program to our school and giving him this opportunity.

From WaveLength I feel I learned a lot about the SAT that I would have never known. I feel a lot more confident taking the test now that I’ve had practice and learned tricks. I do believe WaveLength will give me the score I’m striving for. Based on just my practice tests I have already improved from my PSAT.

Dear Matt and Marlee, There are no words to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for Billy and for how pleased we were with your services. From the very beginning we could tell we made the right decision when choosing WaveLength as the local SAT tutoring service for our son. With your backgrounds, education, and personal experiences you were both well qualified to instruct Billy in your respective areas of expertise, but it was your personalities that really made the difference. The enthusiasm you brought to our home every week was unbelievable, and the way you both were instantly able to make Billy feel comfortable and unintimidated was amazing. He respected both of you, he listened to both of you, but more importantly, he really liked both of you. He actually looked forward to his tutoring sessions! While taking these classes over the past few weeks, I’ve learned the SAT format and how to approach the test. In Math, I’ve learned to put together many patterns while solving word problems that may benefit not only my math skills but my life. English has helped me with many grammar errors and has taught me how to write an essay. Taking the practice tests inside of the book has made me more comfortable with the SAT and has made me prepared to take the test. A little more help and studying wouldn’t hurt however these classes have really helped me a lot and have improved my knowledge.

After taking the WaveLength course I feel more confident in my ability to do well on the SAT. Before taking it, I did not not attempt SAT problems that I did not at first understand. Although I did find the math course more helpful than the English, I now look at the questions in both subjects in a new and more effective way.

Both SAT classes were great. I feel that I learned a great deal both with Matt and Marlee. The both taught me a lot even about the SAT itself. Things that I didn’t know they helped me through and the class benefitted me a lot. This wasn’t just a basic knowledge course, it showed me tricks and tips on how to shave time off your test and that will get you those few extra points to boost my score. It really did help. It raised my score from a 1510 on my PSAT to an 1850. It was a great experience and definitely worth it.
