The class helped me focus on what is extremely important for the ACT. Andrea taught me how to establish a habit of accuracy and how to answer questions in all four sections of the test efficiently. Andrea knows the ins and outs of how to answer questions in the Science portion; this really helped me out. All I can say is before the class started I was worried about the ACT, but now I am much less worried because of the skills I learned in this class.

The course most certainly improved not only my test taking ability, but my confidence as well. Significant improvements were made in all aspects of the test taking from the first week to the final week. I will certainly be more confident going into the final SAT that I take.

I learned many helpful hints and strategies for both Reading and Math. I was tutored if I needed help on a particular question or subject and that has helped me get better. I am positive that with everything I learned, I am sure to get a higher score on my SAT. Thank you both very much for helping me on my journey.

I enjoyed the SAT cram class and thought they provided a lot of insight on the test. I feel that I knew more about the structure of the test, as well as the types of problems and questions that I can expect. This class also helped me learn to pace myself in each section and avoid running out of time.

Before this class the SAT seems like such a scary thing that could either make my life glorious or completely ruin it. Now after this class the SAT no longer seems scary and I am actually excited to take the test and see how well I do.

Loved this class! Matt and Marlee make a good team because their skills contrast each other. I've had faith in this class from day one and I wasn't disappointed. I've learned a lot not only about the SAT but life lessons from Matt. There's a lot of work involved in the Math section, but well worth it. My second time taking this class, best decision I've ever made. Matt and Marlee helped me to motivate myself and touch myself making silly mistakes. This class not only helped me with my SAT, but also learning in general. I look at problems in a different, more creative way that makes solving them easier. Lots of work but well worth it if you do it and you actually care. December 2017 update: I could not have asked for better tutors to help prepare me for my SAT and SAT subject test. Matt, Marlee and the rest of the Wavelength staff are amazing and truly are exceptional at their jobs. I got into my top school, Dartmouth College, and I believe they had such an impact on my decision because of how well they prepared me. They also helped me with my application process and essays. It was an honor and privileged to be tutored by such amazing people!

Had a great time in the class! Matt and Marlee are very helpful and bring a lot of energy to the class. They are very personable and encourage questions. They taught me a lot of techniques that are helpful not only for the SAT but life in general. I'm going to miss Matt's stories and motivational speeches during class. It was awesome and Marlee brought in the buzzer so we could buzz in when we wanted to answer a question. Thanks for everything.

I like the whole environment of  WaveLength. The enviroment was fun but also hard-working. It helped me with my problem solving skills. The Reading class helped with my Reading Comprehension. Reading has always been my weakness but now I feel much more confident. The Math class also helped me solve problems quicker and more efficient. My scores went up for my PSAT.

I liked the way Matt would keep everyone involved and come into class with the attitude that he wants to be there and try to get everyone to do better and progress. He and Marlee both shared helpful tips and habits that would help me. I would not have done as well on the test if I did not take this class. I felt that my critical reading and writing scores jumped a lot because of Marlee and I also think that with Matts help I was able to work out some of the kinks in my math. He helped motivate me and so did Marlee.

Marlee and Matt have a unique approach to teaching by taking common SAT errors and tricks and applying them to the questions. I definitely saw my scores get better in such a short amount of time (especially critical reading). They make the test less stressful by teaching a simple way to approach each question. Marlee really helped me improve on my weak areas and get even better at what I was good at. She is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job conveying a huge knowledge base to us. The Skinny helps immensely, and I learned a lot from both classes.
