Manasquan SAT class -Becker

My experience with WaveLength was amazing. It has helped me understand how to execute the SAT and do it the right way. Both Marlee and Matt were extremely helpful when it came down to how to actually do the problems. I will carry the tools and tricks they have taught me for the rest of my life. Thank you for all the amazing help and making me realize that the world of SAT is just one big puzzle.

Study habits -Conforti

I have learned a lot of information, and great study habits from WaveLength tutoring! I feel a lot more confident going into the SAT than I did before. I learned how I should take on the test based on what's right for me.

Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely do it again if needed. I have improved immensely in both Critical Reading and Math. I was helped whenever I didn't understand anything which helped me improve my learning skills!

Manasquan SAT prep -Kinn-Gurzo

Matt and Marlee are very good at what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable and informative when discussing SAT tactics. On top of this, they are also good teachers, possibly the best I've ever had in my 12 years of education. In all honesty, I wish that my school teachers were as good as Matt and Marlee.

Manasquan ACT prep class -Magoulas

WaveLength was very helpful and informative especially because I was so unfamiliar with the ACT. The instructor was very good and kept us awake and attentive for three hours, which is almost impossible, but she did it.

ACT prep class -Reichey

WaveLength has helped me a lot over the past month. I feel I am prepared to take the ACT. I learned things about this test that I would not have known going into the test without ACT prep. Andrea is a great teacher who really pushes you to do better. I enjoyed this class more than some classes I've taken school. I feel I am as prepared as ever and believe I will do well.

Verbal class -Lyons

I wish all of my high school teachers were as kind, committed, and intelligent as Matt and Marlee. I not only feel like I learned a lot, but also was involved and connected which is key for learning. I felt comfortable and that all of the material was easy to learn. In the Math class, I learned new ways to solve problems and to make the harder problems easier and quicker, which will definitely help me reach my goal of an 800. In the Verbal class, I learned how to tackle vocab questions, how to approach reading passages, and how to find grammar mistakes more easily. My goal was to bring up my reading score but I am confident I will be able to bring up my essay and writing scores as well. No complaints :-)

Reading -Reid

This class and my opinion was very helpful in many ways. I really needed help when it came to the Reading Comprehension, which Marlee did so in a perfect way. Matt helped me manage my time more, and become better at analyzing/focusing on questions. Which is something critical when it comes to the SAT. I also really enjoyed how you guys made teaching the SAT actually entertaining. So all in all, thank you very much.

Sentence completions -Downey

Marlee was very insightful and helped me nearly master the writing section of the SAT. Further, she gave me great useful tips on sentence completions and in “minis” in the reading section. I also now have very helpful tips for the long reading passages that help me narrow my answers. The only imperfection for me with this course was the fact that my busy schedule left me having to change class times often, which really is no one's fault, but bad timing. Overall I'd say the class was worthwhile, and will give me the skills to eventually reach my goal of breaking 2100 at some point in the future.

SAT preparation techniques -Magoulas

I learned many things and helpful techniques that are very useful to me in preparation for the SAT. I really feel that I got a lot out of this class for example my time management and shortcuts. My PSAT score went up drastically from when I took it in school.

Helpful answer -Ferraro

I learned a lot while coming to this class. I think I will really improve on my SAT using the information I've learned. I learned different strategies for gaining more points and how to make the test easier and more simple to understand and I think that will be the best thing for me and gaining a higher score. The SAT tutors were extremely helpful to me whenever I ask questions and they would always have a helpful answer.
